Red Chile Chicken Wings

with garlic and agave nectar

A touch of agave nectar balances the glow from cayenne pepper and our secret spice blend. Marinate the wings ahead of time for maximum flavor. We think you’ll agree—this is the perfect finger-lickin’ sauce.  

Serves 4-8  |  Cooks in 45 Minutes

Ingredients

2   pounds chicken wings, separated at joint
1    pouch Red Fork® Roasting Sauce
1    to 2 tablespoons melted butter

 

Instructions

1.    Season wings with salt in bowl or plastic bag. Add ½ of the Sauce. Stir or shake to coat. Refrigerate up to 1 day.
2.   Preheat oven to 400°. Roast wings in nonstick baking dish, turning once, for 40 min.
3.   Mix butter and remaining sauce. Pour over cooked wings and stir to coat. Return to oven for 5 more min. Serve with pan juices!

 

For Broiler: Spray or toss wings lightly with vegetable oil. Broil, 6” from heat, until golden and cooked, 25-30 min. Proceed with Step 3.
